PA32 Rear Air Vent

YAESU FTA 550 Volume knob
 

A replacement volume knob for Yaesu FTA 550 radio. My own radio's knob was knocked off and lost. This is printed in ABS and fit perfectly within the frequency dial knob slot. A simple print with no gimmicks. Print time as 11 mins using ABS 80% infill. 

Hangar S Hook
 

This simple S-Hook was designed for cable management, but I am sure there are other uses. It supports approx. 5 lbs of extension cord in an uninsulated hangar with sustained 100F+ temperature. 

Experimental Build Tooling Plate
 

A tray that holds countersink bits and pneumatic/manual squeezer rivet and dimple set. I designed two exact sized slots for easy access to countersink microstop and drill chuck keys, three pen holder slots, and a contoured rivet bin allowing easy retrieval. This was one of my earliest experiment with 3D drawing and printing. I printed w/ PLA. I have forgotten what the infill or print time already.
